If we're going to be partners in crime for a few hours, it's only fair I share a little bit about me.
Since childhood, which I was fortunate to spend summering in Cuba, I found myself wandering through Havana with a camera in hand. The sun-bleached colonial buildings, the pre-embargo Chevys, the cerulean water stretching to the horizon, and above all, the people: tired, sad, festive, joyful. Always intriguing.
That habit of paying attention to people and places never left me. I’m curious about people in a way that feels less like interest and more like care. The best photography, for me, remains present long enough for something unguarded and fleeting to surface. This is why I’m drawn to ceremonies, not for their spectacle, but for their intimacy. And even a stroll through the park is ceremony enough.

DURING my college years, I loved photographing friends as they graduated from my alma mater, the University of Florida. Although I studied medicine, photography remained an energizing passion that fuels my creative side. I look to it as a way of exploring people and the human moments that often pass quietly, but stay with us long after.
I’m influenced by cinema that tells its stories visually, and I’m always on the lookout for cinematic moments in everyday life. I’m also drawn to French culture, wildlife, cooking, and literature, where mood and texture often matter more than explanation.
COLLABORATING with clients to shape something personal and meaningful is a process I find endlessly satisfying. Together, we look at images, share ideas, and shape a story that feels unmistakably theirs. Photography, for me, is less about perfect technique and more about attention, intuition, and the kind of collaboration that turns moments into lasting images. ⬛
